Kim Bond Evans has more than 15 years of senior management experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions. Kim is co-founder and CEO of Seremedi, Inc. a digital health company delivering Carescriptions™ a remote patient management SaaS solution for healthcare providers offering remote outpatient and telehealth services to their patients.
Previously, Kim served as the President of Blue Lance and the CEO of Secure Vantage Technology, Inc. where she was responsible for leading product directions and business strategies.
Prior experience includes business development and M&A where she was responsible for identifying, investing, acquiring and integrating strategic assets for Microsoft and BMC Software.
Kim completed the Wharton executive management program as a member of the Microsoft leadership team. Kim served as entrepreneur-in-residence for the Houston Technology Center and a member of the founding teams for the HATCHpitch competition and Impact Pediatric Health for innovative start-ups at SXSW.
Kim serves as Chairperson for TechStreet Houston, a smart city initiative, a judge at the distinguished Rice Business Plan competition; a coach for fast track early stage companies at SXSW Interactive and AARP. Kim is committed to the wellbeing of her family and communities. She serves on several boards and organizations.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University.
